TalentGuard is a workforce intelligence platform for HR and business leaders. It helps organisations define roles and skills, measure capability and readiness, and link the results to development, internal mobility and succession planning.
The vendor describes its approach as Enterprise Skills Trust & Readiness Intelligence (ESTRI). Role standards are generated with AI, then reviewed and approved by the customer's own experts. Skills assessments are meant to carry a named approver, a date and supporting evidence, so decisions can be explained later.
