About Rexx HR Software Suite
Rexx HR Software Suite is a modular HR system from Rexx Systems, a Hamburg-based company that says it has been building HR software for more than 25 years. The vendor states that over 3,000 customers in more than 30 countries use it.
The suite covers recruiting and applicant management, job multiposting, digital personnel files, goal agreements and 360° feedback. An AI assistant called Rai helps with analyses, summaries and research tasks on HR and applicant data.
Customers choose the modules they need and add more as the company grows. The vendor's consultants help with set-up, process alignment and data transfer. Employees and managers can use self-services (time, absences, documents) through the Rexx Go app.
Rexx can be used as a cloud service, hosted in ISO-certified data centres in Germany and Europe, or installed on the customer's own servers. The vendor states it holds ISO 27001:2022 certification. Documented connections include DATEV, ADP / Paisy and SAP HR.
