Netchex is an all-in-one payroll and human capital management platform. It brings hiring, onboarding, time and attendance, payroll, benefits, performance, learning and engagement into one system. The company says it is built for businesses where work happens on the floor, in the field or behind a counter, and reports more than 7,500 organisations as customers.
Payroll covers hourly and salaried staff, shift differentials, overtime, tax compliance and tax filing, with direct deposit and pay card options. Time tools include mobile punching with geofencing, shift swaps and pickups, and tracking of wage and hour rules, accruals and meal breaks.
Netchex has also announced AI teammates (Penny, Atlas, Nova, Sentinel and Milo) that run inside the platform for payroll, people operations, analytics, anomaly alerts and employee self-service. The page lists these as early access.
The product is aimed at American employers and refers to US rules such as I-9, ACA, 401(k) and COBRA. Businesses in Ghana or elsewhere in Africa should check availability and local payroll and tax support before buying.
