About greytHR
greytHR is a cloud-based HRMS and payroll system. It brings recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, expense claims, performance management and exit into one platform with a single employee record.
The payroll module is built around Indian statutory rules. It calculates PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS across all 28 states and supports filing to government portals. The vendor states that it is used by more than 33,000 companies and 3.5 million employees, and that it operates in over 30 countries.
Attendance can be captured by biometric devices, GPS, GeoMark+ or VISAGE face recognition, and feeds directly into leave and payroll. Employees use the greytHR app to see payslips, leave balances, claims, Form 16 and tax declarations.
greytHR NAVOS is an AI assistant that carries out HR tasks from typed instructions, such as granting leave or pulling reports, within each user's roles and permissions. The vendor says it is included on all paid plans.
