About Kenjo
Kenjo is a cloud-based workforce management and HR platform aimed at people managers in small and growing businesses, particularly those with deskless or shift-based teams. It brings scheduling, attendance, absence and payroll preparation into one place, replacing spreadsheets, paper calendars and messaging groups.
Managers can build digital shift plans for several locations and handle leave requests without back-and-forth. Employees can clock in from a mobile app, or from a check-in terminal at the workplace using a QR code or PIN. Hours are recorded in real time, and the vendor says records are compliant.
For payroll, Kenjo calculates gross pay, including surcharges, to speed up payroll preparation. It also stores contracts and employee files, tracks training and qualifications, and offers people analytics on trends such as absence and staff turnover.
