Teamflect is a performance management and employee engagement platform built to run inside Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Staff sign in with their existing Microsoft account, so there is nothing separate to install.
It covers performance reviews, goals and OKRs, 360-degree feedback, 1-on-1 meetings, recognition, engagement surveys and talent management. The vendor also describes a built-in AI assistant that helps draft review comments, build development goals and analyse survey results.
Teamflect states that it syncs departments, job titles and reporting lines from Entra ID, connects to more than 200 HR and payroll systems, and hosts data in Microsoft Azure. The company reports SOC 2 Type 2 certification and GDPR compliance, and says more than 1,000 organisations use it.
It is most relevant to organisations in Ghana and across Africa that already use Microsoft 365 and want to manage reviews and goals within the tools staff use daily. Pricing is not shown on the page reviewed, so check the vendor's pricing page.
