About Digitrust HMS
Digitrust HMS is a web-based hospital management system for healthcare facilities in Ghana and across Africa. It brings clinical care, pharmacy, laboratory, billing and NHIS claims into one system with a single patient record.
The patient journey runs from registration, triage and consultation through lab, pharmacy and billing to NHIS or insurance claims and discharge. Data is captured once at the point of care and carries through to later steps, and each entry records who made it and when.
NHIS support is a central part of the product. The page describes membership verification at the date of service, G-DRG coding with level-of-care validation, CCC generation, claims preparation, pre-vetting checks and reconciliation of submitted against paid claims.
