About ChartHop
ChartHop is a cloud platform for people analytics, workforce planning and human capital management (HCM). It connects people data and business data from different systems into one model of your organisation, so HR and Finance teams can see changes, plan ahead and act in the same place.
The platform covers an HRIS with org charts, headcount planning, compensation cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys, goals and analytics. It also includes an AI assistant and agents that can answer questions, build dashboards, plans and surveys from chat, and watch for changes.
ChartHop says it connects to existing systems such as ADP, Greenhouse, Workday and SAP, plus more than 100 HRIS, ATS, FP&A and business tools, so it does not require replacing them. It can be used in Slack and Teams, and connected to Claude or ChatGPT. Its Access Guard feature limits what people, agents and outside assistants can see to what the person they act for is permitted to see, and the vendor states that customer data is not used to train outside models.
The vendor positions it for organisations from small businesses to large enterprises. It is based in the United States, and the page does not mention Ghana or Africa specifically.
