ADP Workforce Now is an all-in-one platform that brings payroll, HR, benefits administration and time and attendance into one system. ADP positions it for businesses with 50 to 999 employees, with a separate enterprise offering for organisations of 1,000 or more.

The platform uses AI-powered insights and guided recommendations to flag unusual payroll changes, explain what changed and help resolve issues before pay day. ADP also says workforce data syncs in real time and that the product connects with other business tools.

Employees can view their expected pay, request time off and take part in performance and goal-setting workflows. Compensation benchmarking is included, drawing on monthly pay data from more than 39 million workers according to ADP.
