HWS Technologies

HWS Technologies (formally Hapaweb Solutions) is a Ghanaian Information Technology (IT) company with offices in Accra and Kumasi. The company started operations on 10 October 2010 as a pilot project in Kumasi. In June 2012, we registered as a limited liability company with its head office at Asokwa Kumasi. In February 2017, the head office was moved to Spintex Road in Accra. In July 2024, we merged with our sister company, Haze Technologies, to form HWS Technologies

Our Services

All mobile applications that we develop consist of a web portal built with a WordPress CMS codebase. This is where content for the mobile app is created and managed. We also develop the framework for the mobile app using the WordPress core. We then integrate Progressive Web Apps (PWA) technology into the web portal to provide mobile device functionalities. We use Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) technology to enable mobile-friendly content to load instantly. Finally, we develop a native (both Android and iOS) app connected to the WordPress core for submission to the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
